These terms and conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between SiniGest Sàrl and its customers for all water damage management, drying and leak detection services.

SiniGest Sàrl offers the following services: - 24/7 emergency water damage response - Non-destructive leak detection - Drying and dehumidification - Full claims management

A detailed quote is provided before any intervention (except emergencies). Emergency rates are the same day and night, 7 days a week. Invoicing is based on the work actually performed.

Invoices are payable within 30 days. If covered by insurance, we can invoice your insurer directly on request.

SiniGest Sàrl holds professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service provided.

Any cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency interventions are not subject to this condition.

These T&C are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of Valais.
